Meet Your Guide

My name is Sarah Johnson, and most of my life has been devoted to helping people in the fields of counseling and psychology. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Master's Degree in Counseling (School Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy), and I am a Certified Hypnotist. I specialize in Hypnotic Regression work, Enhanced Energy Communication (i.e. Emotional Energy Clearing), and Somatic Healing. My passion is in the realm of interactive hypnotic and metaphysical work. I'm trained through the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH).

My training includes years spent working in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Juvenile Detention, and in the city and suburban school districts in Rochester. I've also spent fifteen years heavily involved in our local school district in many volunteer capacities, and advocating for mental health and wellness.

I firmly believe that the more inner work we do individually as humans, the better off our society will be as a whole. Throughout all my years of work and training in the field of mental health, I have found Hypnosis to be the most positive and useful tool for lasting change. We all have knowledge and strength within us that we are unaware of. We are so much more than these human bodies. I am honored to be a part of each client's process in harnessing that internal strength and witnessing their powerful transformations. I will be honored to work with you as well on your journey to mental and emotional wellness.
